The platform · Places

Real places, really curated

Each listing is researched and written for the guide, then handed to the business to keep current. Photos, hours, directions and a direct link to the place – with no booking fee in between.

A page worth sharing

Photo gallery, description, hours, address, categories, and buttons for website, phone and directions. Every place has one canonical page that search engines index and that unfurls into a rich preview card when it is shared.

Claim it, then keep it current

Owners claim their listing in a few minutes. The business page in their account holds the profile, the team, every listing the business owns, and the embed code for their own website.

Edit the listing yourself

Hours, photos, description, categories, booking link, events – the owner edits all of it from the listing editor, with the map pin beside it. Changes go through a quick review and then appear everywhere at once – guide, kiosk and embeds – so the guide never goes stale.

Manage listings on the go

The same account and the same editor fit a phone. A changed closing time, a new photo, a holiday exception or a fresh event is a one-minute job from the front desk, the trailhead or the farmers market – no laptop, no app store.

One dashboard per listing

Each listing has a dashboard: publish state, Stewardship Scan status and sharing, team members, and the links to edit, view and share.

Stewardship, shown honestly

The Stewardship Scan is voluntary. When a business has completed it and chosen to share, its page shows the self-reported Stewardship Score, a summary by dimension, and the third-party certifications it holds – each named as what it is, with the certifier. A shared Scan also ranks the listing above unscanned ones in its category.

Experiences, from the pages you already have

A hotel, lodge or outfitter points GoGood at the page on its own website that lists its tours, classes or packages. Each one becomes an experience of its own – its own page, photos and description drawn from its own page – shown on the operator’s listing and kept out of the way of the main guide. Reviewed before it goes live.

What visitors see

On the listing, experiences sit in their own section with a card each – the Eddy’s backpacking trips, Red Rocks nights and winter sports under the Eddy. Each opens to its own page, and a visitor books with the operator, not through GoGood.

Curated, not scraped

Researchers and local experts seed each guide with places that have a positive local impact. Businesses fill in the rest. Editors approve what goes live. There is no pay-to-play placement and no algorithm deciding who is visible.

  • Categories and subcategories tuned for a destination guide, from trails to tasting rooms
  • Parent and child listings for a site with several experiences, or a hotel with its tours
  • Hours, seasonal closures and holiday exceptions
  • Google reviews shown alongside, never instead of, the curated description
