What businesses ask us

Do I have to enter a card during the free trial?

No. You can use the full 60 days with no payment method on file. We'll prompt you to add one before the trial ends. If you don't, your listings simply unpublish — nothing is charged.

What if I want to unpublish a listing?

Unpublish any time from the listing's edit page. Your billing quantity drops accordingly at the next cycle. If you unpublish all listings, your subscription pauses at period end automatically.

What if I'm a nonprofit?

Reach out — we have promo codes for verified nonprofits (and community partners) that waive the listing fee. Email partnerships with proof of nonprofit status and we'll send you a code.

Can I have some listings on commission and some on per-listing?

Yes. The model is per-asset, so different listings on the same organization can use different models. Talk to us — we'll help you set it up.

What does "destination-sponsored" actually mean?

A DMO (destination management organization) or partner organization agrees to cover the listing fees for a group of businesses in their region. Their dashboard shows aggregate stewardship metrics for the destination. The individual businesses get listed for free.

What is the Stewardship Scan?

It's a short voluntary self-assesment of your stewardship commitments across 10 dimensions of environmental and social stewardship and sustainability. It's also a learning tool to help you understand and enhance your impact on your community.

Do I have to take the Stewardship Scan?

No, you don't have to, but if you do, your listing will be sorted higher in the listings and is more likely to be clicked. Plus, it will demonstrate your commitment to community and environmental stewardship.
