Kevin and MaryJo Foley founded Performance Tours in 1986, making it Breckenridge's first whitewater rafting outfitter — and the next generation of Foleys is still guiding and running the operation today. The Breckenridge outpost at 107 Ski Hill Road is the launch point for four decades of local river knowledge, with sister outposts in Buena Vista and Cañon City.

Half-day and full-day trips cover the Arkansas River's classics — Browns Canyon, the Numbers, Royal Gorge — plus the hometown Blue River. The range is genuinely wide: mellow family floats suitable for young kids on one end, Class IV-V whitewater on the other. All guides are state-certified, and the company puts them through double the minimum required training hours before they take your boat downstream.
