Carboy Winery Breckenridge

At 9,600 feet above sea level, Carboy Breckenridge is redefining après in one of the most iconic mountain towns in the West. Located inside the historic Gold Pan Saloon on Main Street, this high-elevation tasting room brings Colorado wine country to the base of the slopes. This is where powder days turn into patio pours, and mountain air pairs with bold, expressive wines.

Whether you're loosening your boots after a full send, exploring town with friends, or just craving a different kind of après, Breck delivers. It's rustic, real, and unmistakably Carboy—wine country vibes with ski town soul. Wine tastings are offered daily.

Carboy was co-founded in 2016 by Colorado native Kevin Webber alongside Craig Jones and Tyzok Wharton with a mission to elevate Colorado wine to world-class status. The company has become the largest and most recognized wine operation in Colorado, rooted in the state's high-desert vineyards and committed to pioneering new frontiers in American winemaking. Each location offers a unique take on the Carboy experience while sharing the same DNA: hospitality, high elevation, and high energy.
