The dough cold-ferments for three days, milled from heirloom wheat by the local Moxie Bread Company. The kitchen makes sauces, sausage, and breads in-house daily, and braises short ribs low and slow for twelve hours before they reach a pie.

A proper gluten-free crust is available so no one at the table misses out. The signature Braised Buffalo Short Rib Pizza is the signature dish, but the menu ranges from classic Margherita to seasonal specials. Located just off Main Street in Breckenridge's Historic District with a mountain-view patio, the restaurant is walk-in only with no reservations.
