Meta Yoga Studios

Meta Yoga Studios opened in November 2010 on Ridge Street, one block off Main among the galleries and historic cabins of the Breckenridge Arts District — and it remains the oldest dedicated yoga studio in all of Summit County. Founders Jason Rodon, Leslie Ross and Juli Rathke built it; when the time came to pass the torch, ownership went to students-turned-owners Kimberly and Krishna Ghorai, a husband-and-wife team who bought the studio to keep it community-run.

The schedule is ambitious for a mountain town: more than 40 classes a week from over 20 teachers, spanning high-altitude flow, restorative practice, outdoor and private sessions, with hot yoga at the Frisco sister studio. The studio's stated philosophy — yoga that is 'accessible, honest, and rooted in community' — reads less like a slogan and more like fifteen years of receipts.
