Now, thanks to the support of Colorado School of Mines, Sophie's dream has grown into a brick-and-mortar coffeehouse and gathering space.

Located inside the brand-new student housing complex, this café is built for connection — with plenty of room to study, meet friends, and enjoy everything from fresh pastries and breakfast to craft beer and wine in the evenings.
