6:00 PM: "WhiteFire" fire dancers - Outside O'Shaughnessy Center/Depot Park 6:20 PM: Tree Lighting Ceremony - Outside O'Shaughnessy Center/Depot Park 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Santa Arrives via Bar W Guest Ranch Wagon - Outside O'Shaughnessy Center/Depot Park. Santa will be led by bagpipes down Central Avenue to FORLOH for photos with the help of WHS Drama Club Elves. 7:45 PM: "WhiteFire" fire dancers - at Carnival Float on Central Ave 8:00 PM: Shopper's Drawing
