Add your events and showtimes
Put your shows, gigs and weekly nights on the GoGood Montenegro Map Guide so they appear on your listing and in the calendar — by letting us read your website, or by adding them yourself.
Step 1: Open Event Dates & Times on your listing
From your business dashboard, open the listing and scroll to Event Dates & Times. Click the heading to expand it.
If you don’t see the section, your listing isn’t in the Events & Shows category yet. Tick it under Categories and save — a venue can be a restaurant or a bar and Events & Shows.
Dates save as you go, on their own — you don’t need to press the listing’s Save button afterwards, and nothing here waits for a review.
Step 2: Let us find your shows
Press Find my shows. We read your website’s calendar for upcoming dates, times and show pages and add them to the list below. It takes a minute or two; you can leave the page and the shows will be there when you come back.
Check each date it added and press the tick to confirm it. A confirmed date is locked — we will never change it automatically. A date you haven’t confirmed may be updated the next time we read your site.
We only read dates your site actually publishes. If your calendar loads after the page does, or lives on another site, we may find nothing — add the shows yourself below, and check that the website address on your listing is the site with your calendar on it.
Step 3: Add a show yourself
Under Add a show (or Add a single date for a one-off event), pick the date, enter the start time and give it a title, then save. Leave the time blank if it isn’t set yet — the date shows on its own rather than as midnight.
For a run of the same show over several nights, add the first night, then use Duplicate on it: the title, links and image are copied and only the date and time are left to set.
Step 4: Something that repeats every week
Use Standing weekly night (called Recurrence on non-venue listings) for anything on the same schedule every week or month. Choose the frequency and weekday, the start date and time, and an end date if there is one.
Give it a Name — that is what the calendar shows for every date — and, if you have them, the Event page, Ticket and Image links. The dates are generated for you and kept topped up.
A listing has one weekly rule. Saving a new one replaces the old rule and every date it generated, so fill in the name and links again when you change it.
Step 5: Add details and a poster to a show
Open a date’s details to set its start time, show title, ticket link and image. If the show has its own page on your website, paste that address as the Show page URL and press Fetch details — we read the page and fill in what it states, for you to check.
The Image URL is the poster shown on the calendar and on your listing for that date. Leave it blank and the calendar shows your venue photo instead, so a run of twenty nights looks like twenty copies of the same picture — a poster per show is worth the minute.
Step 6: Cancelling and where your dates appear
Confirmed dates appear on your listing under When, in the What’s On calendar for the GoGood Montenegro Map Guide, and on partner screens that show the calendar. Visitors can add them to their own calendar.
If a show is called off, press Cancel this date rather than deleting it — it stays on the calendar marked cancelled, which is what someone who already planned to come needs to see. Delete removes it entirely.
