Treeline Kitchen is a locally owned and operated family business opened in 2017 by Eric and Christine, who have called Leadville home since 2006. Their three children (ages 20, 18, and 15) are all involved in the business. In addition to the main restaurant, they have expanded to open Before & After, a coffee and cocktail bar located directly across the street, CMC Campus Coffee Shop (opened 2025), and Mtn View Coffee Shop (opening 2026).

The restaurant also features Above Treeline, America's highest elevation rooftop bar, which offers food and beverages seasonally from May through September, weather permitting. Community, sustainability, and health are at the forefront of their values—they are a place for community to gather, support their employees with real living wages and benefits, collaborate with local organizations, and prioritize sustainable and local food and beverage sourcing practices.
