Walking into Aspen Traders is unlike walking into any other boutique — the eclectic decor and furnishings are what makes it truly unique. With a focus on customer service, the staff strives to find each customer outfits that make them feel truly beautiful.

Monica and James strive to provide product that will fit any style, from the boho beauties to the more classic gals, with something for everyone. The Aspen Staff loves to help customers find that special occasion dress or even just an everyday pair of earrings. Monica and James both grew up in Colorado Springs and met on a blind date after college.

Monica has been inspired by fashion since childhood and is the clothing, accessory and shoe buyer, while James is the jewelry buyer because of his training in geology and jewelry making. They opened their first store in Wichita, Kansas in 1987 and opened a second location in Leadville, Colorado in 2011 to be closer to their families and in the mountains.
