Founded by Brandon Bortles and Noah Heaney—the brains behind Abejas and Miners Saloon—Nosu was born from the conviction that Golden's food scene needed a shake-up. Despite launching in February 2020, the restaurant has quickly become a beloved Golden staple, serving Japanese-inspired ramen with bold flavors, good vibes, and prices that won't drain your wallet. Nosu offers many delicious vegetarian options, plenty that can be made vegan, gluten-free noodles, and dishes suitable for those with celiac needs. Happy Hour runs daily from 5 to 6 PM with half-priced small plates and discounted drinks. Pet-friendly outdoor seating is available May through November with views of Coors Brewery, South Table Mountain, and Lookout Mountain.
