Millie's is a new cafe, breakfast and lunch restaurant in Mancos, Colorado, just minutes from Mesa Verde National Park. More than a cafe, it's a place to grab breakfast, lunch, or a coffee. The restaurant offers espresso drinks, signature puff pancakes, breakfast items, and a rotating menu of daily soups, sandwiches, salads, and more.

Millie's also offers walk-up counter service, catering, and pastries and snacks from local and regional partners including Companion Bread & Pastry (local to Mancos), Odd Bird Baking (Durango), and Goodman Sourdough Bagels (Monticello, Utah). The name Millie's pays tribute to the Millwood Junction, the beloved restaurant that called 101 Railroad Ave. home for more than 40 years. The owners wanted to honor the history of this space while creating something new for today's Mancos community.
