Owned by two couples who turned a longtime dream into reality, it blends nostalgic Americana with modern creativity and comfort.

Situated on the San Juan Skyway Scenic Byway just a short drive from the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and world-class skiing of Telluride, the motel is conveniently close to Four Corners National Monument, year-round recreation and the wonders of Southwest Colorado. The property features cozy rooms, a fire pit, a nostalgic guest lounge with games, books and movies, and on-site Millie's Cafe coffee shop and cocktail lounge. The team performed massive DIY renovations and completely rebranded the property after purchasing it in November 2021, adding the cafe in 2022. The owners hope their story will inspire others to follow their own dreams and renovate historic motels with their best friends.
