God Save the Cream is a boutique specialty ice cream brand built on a grab-and-go concept. Every item is handcrafted in small batches, made fresh on-site, and ready to take home. Founded in 2014 by Jessica La Forge, a culinary institute graduate who started her career at 16 in the kitchens of the Broadmoor Hotel, the business is known for fearless flavor combinations that are rebelliously rich and righteously royal. Jessica won the Judges Award at the Gelato Festival America and teaches ice cream at Carpagiani University. The company also offers catering services and has partnered with delivery platforms including Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Snag.
