Born out of Carrie Baird and Michael Fox's true love for classic American breakfast served with lighthearted twists and an equal passion for boozy-brunch-drinks, Fox & The Hen is your all-day breakfast concept in Denver's LoHi neighborhood. The restaurant's focus is bringing friends and family together with incredibly delicious and fun food, creative beverages, and ensuring everyone who leaves feels their day is better than when they came in.

It's been an incredible experience turning cherished family recipes into a beloved dining experience. Carrie Baird, Head Hen, has made a name for herself over two decades leading kitchens in some of Denver's most highly-regarded restaurants. She was a top 4 finalist on Bravo's Top Chef Season 15 and beat Bobby Flay on Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay.

Michael Fox, Top Fox, is the owner and visionary behind the concept; his culinary journey started at Johnson and Wales University, and he previously owned a catering company. Dis Burrito, a breakfast burrito wholesale business Michael founded during COVID lockdown, identified the opportunity to open a full restaurant, realizing his lifelong dream.
