The tasting room in Evergreen offers rotating selections of 100% naturally processed coffees, roasted in-house with passion and care. Visitors can enjoy espresso and pour-over drinks with indoor and outdoor seating, WiFi access, and device charging outlets.

Bivouac is a Public Benefit Corporation, legally obligated to operate with the highest environmental and social standards possible, and is a 1% for the Planet Company, donating over 1% of total revenue to outdoor recreation and environmentally active non-profit partners.
