Bentgate Mountaineering is your destination gear shop for backpacking, camping, climbing, cycling, eBiking, hiking, mountaineering, nutrition and hydration, outdoor apparel, trail running, skiing, splitboarding and your Colorado lifestyle. Since opening 30 years ago, the store on Washington Ave. in Golden, CO has expanded to outfit customers for any and all outdoor adventures. The rental and demo department offers backcountry safety gear, eBikes, gravel bikes, ski gear, splitboarding gear, mountaineering boots, snowshoes, and more.

The full-service ski shop offers mount and tuning services year-round, while bike services accommodate the heaviest eBikes and eCargo bikes. Shop managers, technicians and mechanics are factory trained in evolving service and repair techniques of the bike, mountaineering and ski industries. The bootlab operates year-round with fully customized services for Alpine Touring, Sidecountry and Mountaineering communities, and bootfitters build custom footbeds for summer and winter adventures.

Golden Bike Shop is part of the same business, but in a separate location down the street in Golden.
