Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar was started in 2008 with a passion for food and wine and a desire to bring an upscale dining experience to the suburbs. The owners, Peter and Delinda Fatianow, have lived in Colorado most of their lives and in Highlands Ranch for more than twenty years. They are both the owners and operators of their restaurants and, together with their amazing staff, serve their communities and guests.

Indulge offers lunch, happy hour, dinner, and special events or celebrations, along with private dining and catering at all locations. The restaurant features a Wine Rewards Club that gives members 10% back on their loyalty rewards card every time they dine, which can be used for free wine or food at any Indulge location.
