The Downtown Boulder Visitor Information Center (VIC) is the place to get “in the know” about Downtown. The experienced and knowledgeable Downtown Ambassadors are glad to help guests with directions to and from Downtown; recommendations on places to eat, stay and shop; and information on happenings and special events.

The VIC is currently open seven days a week from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and is located at on the corner of Pearl Street and 13th Street (1303 Pearl). Ambassadors can be reached at (303) 417-1365.

Public Restrooms can be found just north of the Visitor Information Center. Restroom attendant hours are 10 AM - 6 PM. If you see an issue at the public bathrooms and you cannot find the attendant, please call the Urban Ranger Hotline: 303-441-4418. If you can't reach them - always feel free to contact dispatch (303-441-3333 ext 8) and ask them to dispatch the Rangers.
