Itinerary
Pick up
- 9am - Denver
- Union Station: 1701 Wynkoop St, Denver, CO 80202
- Outside near the large American flagpole.
- 9:45am - Boulder
- Walnut Café: 3073 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80301
Lyons 20 min stop for coffee and pastry; a charming town at the foot of the Rocky Mountains
Rocky Mountain National Park Guests will have the opportunity to eat their picnic lunch in the park. We'll be sure to visit at least one subalpine lake within the park. Lily Lake, Sprague Lake, the Sheep Lakes, and Bear Lake are all potential lakes we may visit. Selection dependent on traffic and weather conditions
Trail Ridge Road We will drive up trail ridge road as far as we can - it does not open all the way until Memorial weekend.
Estes Park (drive by or visit if time permits) Time permitting, guests can grab a quick coffee, restroom break and take photos.

What's Included
- Picnic Lunch will be provided to all guests from May 1 to October 31 (Nov - April lunch on own in Estes Park)

- Minimum age is 8 years old. Contact us to see if we can make an exception for your group.
- Local expert guide
- If the weather is too bad or if it is too dangerous to drive some of the scenic roads, the guide will change the tour route
- We highly recommend you bring your own water bottle in an effort to promote our values of sustainability and waste reduction
- Please advise at the time of booking which pick up location is preferred
- Please note that it is a possibility in the winter that the visibility is limited due to snow. We are flexible with our cancellation policy if snow is in the forecast and are happy to reschedule if weather looks better on another day.
- From November to April, waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Wool socks are also recommended.

Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
