Denver Art Museum

The museum’s global art collections represent cultures around the world, with more than 80,000 works of art in 13 collections, including African art, architecture and design, art of the ancient Americas, Asian art, European and American art before 1900, Latin American art, Oceanic art, modern and contemporary art, photography, textile art and fashion, Indigenous arts of North America, western American art, and the latest addition, The Kirkland. The museum’s global collections also reflect work by artists from Denver and the Rocky Mountain region—and provide invaluable ways for the community to learn about the world.

The Buildings The Denver Art Museum campus consists of the Lanny & Sharon Martin Building, the Frederic C. Hamilton Building, the Bannock Administration Building, and, most recently, the Kirkland Museum.

Values and Philosophy At the Denver Art Museum, we work together to build a world where art sparks creativity, and connects, inspires, and empowers people and communities. We are always looking for people who share our passion for creativity and community building to join our team.
