Chef Vincent Russo, known as Vinny, is back in town! A Rockville Centre native and South Side High School alumnus, Vinny began his culinary career at local RVC restaurants. His passion for cooking took him on a journey through luxury hotels, resorts, independent restaurants, and country clubs, refining his skills along the way.

Now, we are thrilled to welcome Vinny back as the Executive Chef at Village Greens. Join us in celebrating his return to his roots, bringing fresh, innovative flavors to our community.
