We are a family-owned and operated motel in Salida, Colorado. We have eighteen rooms that vary from single-sleepers to two-bedroom condos. Most units include at least a basic kitchen, while our condos and efficiency sleepers include a full kitchen.

Our location is perfect—within walking distance of less than a mile to downtown Salida, trails, the Arkansas River, fun hangouts, restaurants & cute boutique shops. We offer plush beds, full or basic kitchens, a clean hot tub, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and we're pet-friendly with no pet fees. Our family purchased this sweet little place in February 2021.

We are so happy you have come to visit our lovely town and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. One of the greatest things about Salida is the friendships we have made. This is truly a family-friendly motel where you might get stuck in the middle of a water balloon fight or have to dodge a stray Nerf gun dart. Our onsite hosts are available during regular business hours and are happy to provide recommendations on what to do while you are in town.
