Trailhead Taphouse & Kitchen represents the start of a new chapter of explorations. We relocated to Colorado from Wisconsin in 1999, and since moving here we have enjoyed the many hikes, bike-rides, and runs we have logged in this beautiful state. Each of these excursions began with high expectations at a trailhead.

For us, the trailhead represents the start of a new chapter of explorations. Along these trails we have met many people from many places around the globe and that is an atmosphere we want to create at our tap house and kitchen. We combine great food with great beer, offering a selection of numerous local craft beers and southern-inspired Cajun specialties including gumbo, jambalaya, fried alligator, shrimp po' boys, red beans and rice, plus gourmet burgers, fresh salads, and appetizers.

Being from Wisconsin, we are big Packers fans, and during the NFL season you can catch any of the Packers games while you enjoy some Midwestern comfort food. We also serve wine and non-alcoholic drinks for those who prefer alternatives to beer. Our cozy sports bar features multiple big screens for catching live games, and we strive to create a place to meet old friends and new.

As with our first venture in this amazing community (Windy Saddle Café), we aim to bring together great food and great friends. Takeout is available for those who prefer to dine at home.
