Established in 2005, Three Barrel Brewing Co makes its home in Del Norte, Colorado (7,874 ft). They create artisan handcrafted brews, produced from San Luis Valley grown malt, local hops, and fresh mountain water. In the tasting room you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, paninis, salads, seasonal soups, and desserts, all made from the freshest ingredients.

Kids can enjoy hand-crafted root beer or cream soda, and for those who prefer wine, they serve wine by the glass, house sangria and draft cocktails. In the summer, brews and eats can be enjoyed on the patio where well-behaved dogs are welcome at a shade station with water. Their brews are made with Single Source Colorado ingredients including San Luis Valley CMC Malted Grains, local hop varieties, Colorado Caramelized beet sugar, Haefeli's Farm Honey, Conifer Spruce Tips, and SLV grown Hemp.
