Snitching Lady Distillery
Set in the original Bank of Fairplay, a 128-year-old building, Snitching Lady Distillery is a tasting room housed in a rustic, authentic space featuring a unique vault door and 100-year-old safe that connect the building's banking history to its present life as a spirits destination. The distillery traces its roots to a family legend: a Carolina moonshine maker whose recipes were hidden by his grandson, eventually passed down to his son, who acquired acreage high in the Rocky Mountains of South Park, Colorado.

With the help of his father and two friends, he revived the family's distilling traditions, crafting award-winning whiskey, bourbon, brandy, and rum from local grain and fruit, double copper pot distilled and aged purely in Carolina oak at 11,600 feet. All spirits are distilled in-house by hand in small batches. The tasting room welcomes visitors to pull up a stool in a warmly appointed space with reclaimed wood, barrel tables, and a back bar lined with their own spirits.

Guests can enjoy flights, cocktails, and fun shooters, along with local craft beer and wine by the glass, while experiencing live music and trivia in a dog-friendly atmosphere described as 'the warmest spot in Park County.'
