Red Eagle Campground is located north of East Glacier Park, Montana on the Blackfeet reservation as well and is a primitive campground surrounded by pine trees. The Two Medicine Dam is located on the property and the Two Medicine river runs through the campground for great fishing. At this time, the lake is not accessible to the public.

Red Eagle is equipped with 6 electrical sites, 40 primitive campsites at main entrance, no water, 20 campsites with picnic area, recreational hiking trails on site, fishing and swimming access to the lake upon checking in at the office, only kayaks are allowed on the lake; fishing from two medicine river is allowed with a fishing permit if not enrolled member.
