The Prevalis Nature Cottage sits at the peak of the Djurisic family vineyards and micro-winery. After years of planning, dreaming, and hard work, guests describe it as a place for a magical vacation. Views from the open floor cottage bring guests directly into nature 24/7—whether in the bedroom, living area, kitchenette, or terrace, the mountainscape offers travelers a chance to be still and take it all in.

The cottage was built using a zip line trolley to transfer building materials up the hill, part of a commitment to create a secluded place that provides privacy while respecting the natural environment. The cottage itself is accessible only by a walking path. Lake Skadar, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the area, is just 10 minutes away by foot, with boat trips available.

Host Marko Djurisic, born in Podgorica, spent his childhood there and graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Montenegro. After volunteering and traveling globally, he was inspired to share his culture and present his version of Montenegro to the world. A strong emotional bond with his ancestral village—a 500-year-old family tradition—and the beauty of the surrounding area influenced his decision to return to his roots and start this agrotourism business.

His mission is to make each guest's holiday memorable, and he's happy to help guests learn about the place's history or get directions to breathtaking sights. Guests can choose one of the micro-winery's vines before leaving and take it home as a souvenir.
