Muyohouse
Muyo House is an intimate boutique hotel set on a 6,000 m² estate in Urla, İzmir, centered on a century-old stone house and its family legacy. The property features five concept rooms—Kuća (the original single-room family shelter), Erik, Dut, Badem, and İncir—each named after periods in the family's history spanning from the 1920s. Guests enjoy two pools (one for adults, one for children), a 1,200 m² grass football pitch, and shade beneath centuries-old olive trees.
An on-site organic garden produces fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons, peppers, and corn served at breakfast; olives and olive oil come from the property's own groves. A restaurant serves Aegean-inspired cuisine. The hotel is located just minutes from Liman Beach, Kum Denizi Beach, and Urla Pier.
The property preserves the story of a Bosnian family who fled the Balkans in the 1910s, settled in Zeytinalanı in 1924, and built their lives there across generations—a heritage reclaimed and restored in 2024 by the first grandchild born in the original house.
