Miano Eco Resort is named after Oma Miano, an indigenous woman from the village of Redi Doti. Her daughter Corry took the torch, and today Angela Foe-Aman — as third generation — leads the resort with passion for eco-tourism and cultural preservation. Located at Louis Stugerweg 134 in Redi Doti, Para, Miano Eco Resort offers a unique bridge between the modern world and the rich indigenous traditions of Suriname, combining sustainability, community-based tourism, and authentic cultural experiences.
