Since owner Robert acquired the property in 2010, he has transformed it into the Majestic Dude Ranch while maintaining its deep roots in authentic Western living. Evening activities feature line dancing, karaoke, and mechanical bull riding. All stays are all-inclusive: lodging, meals, drinks (including alcohol at happy hour and dinner), guided activities, excursions, airport transfers, and taxes are included in the per-person rate.

Meal times highlight three fresh, hearty, homemade meals each day prepared by the dedicated kitchen team—from made-to-order omelets and sizzling bacon in the morning to hand-tossed pizza at lunch and gourmet dinners like prime rib or filet mignon. During Family Weeks, a fully immersive Kids Program for children ages 4–17 offers age-appropriate ranch adventures, crafts, games, and group activities under the attentive supervision of certified counselors.
