Hay Hotel Alsancak is located in Alsancak, İzmir's entertainment district on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street. The hotel building was originally designed by the owners' father years ago as a han (traditional inn). Three siblings with different educational backgrounds came together to honor his memory and realize his vision, combining their expertise in architecture and art to create the hotel.

The design references the beautiful structures of old İzmir while maintaining an innovative, youthful, and colorful aesthetic. Unlike typical hotels, it is known for its cheerful atmosphere. The hotel features 53 rooms across various categories: Ekonomik (Economy), Standart (Standard), Deluxe King, Deluxe Twin, and Junior Suite.
