Hal's Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop and mobile trailer service in Fort Collins dedicated to quality coffee, sustainability, and community support. Founded by Hal, who grew up in Northern Colorado with a passion for both sustainability and coffee, the business reflects those core values in every cup served. The café operates Monday through Friday at the Translational Medicine Institute building on South CSU Campus, offering espresso, drip coffee, specialty drinks, and baked goods sourced from local partners.

Beyond the café, Hal's Coffee operates a coffee trailer available for events across Northern Colorado, bringing great coffee to weddings, festivals, parties, and other gatherings. A coffee cart for indoor events is also coming soon. As Hal explains, 'Running your own business is still work, but it's truly work worth doing.'
