We are an award-winning neighborhood brewery proudly brewing with scientific methodology and an artistic viewpoint in beautiful Colorado. We brew with scientific methodology and an artistic viewpoint, crafting a diverse range of beers from lagers and hoppy IPAs to fruited sours, wild ales, and barrel-aged imperial stouts. Our taprooms serve as gathering spaces for the community, hosting regular events like Nerding Out trivia every Tuesday at 6pm, Cerebral Run Club three times weekly, and Magic: The Gathering nights, along with First Friday celebrations featuring live music and gallery art.

Each location offers on-tap and to-go beer service, with our Congress Park and West Highland locations featuring food truck partnerships and our West Highland taproom collaborating with Outside Pizza.
