About the Exhibit and Sale Following the overwhelming response to the 2015 exhibition A Timeless Legacy - Women Artists of Glacier National Park, the Hockaday invited nationally recognized women artists to participate in the second annual A Timeless Legacy exhibit and sale. These women artists are renowned for their work in featuring western subjects and were assembled to create an unprecedented show of works connected to the majesty of Glacier National Park. Both paintings and sculpture were featured, and the range of subjects reflected the vastness and the majesty of Glacier National Park - from marvelous landscapes and Park wildlife, to the people who over the years have called the Park home or for whom the Park has special significance or importance relating to their well-being and livelihood, as well as other historic and contemporary subjects.
