Casa Andaluz

The Casa Andaluz is a sleek, two-story home with a private pool. This 2,088-square-foot holiday rental is located in a private gated residence only a few minutes’ walk to Playa Potrero, where you can swim in the ocean. The Flamingo Marina is also just a short drive away.

On the first floor, a well-equipped kitchen features cabinets and a large island made with handsome wood sourced from Guanacaste Province. There’s also a 5-burner cooktop and new appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender). The backsplash and floor feature colorful tiles.

The living room looks out to a private pool, as well as an outside dining area with a BBQ.

Downstairs there are two separate bedrooms, both of which have a queen-size bed, closet, and desk. Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio overlooked by lush banana trees. There’s also a living room with reclining sofas, a bathroom, and a pantry room with a washer and dryer.

On the second floor of the Casa Andaluz, you’ll find the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom. In addition, there’s another bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs also has an open mezzanine with a large desk and lounge area. These spaces lead to a beautiful balcony, which has views of the surrounding tropical forest.

The Casa Andaluz is a short drive from numerous beaches, including Playa Flamingo, Pan de Azúcar, Prieta, Penca, Danta, and Dantita.
