Flight of the Crows Cross Country Ski Loppet

The Crowsnest Pass Cross Country Ski Association's annual Flight of the Crows Cross Country Ski Loppet. This event will be held in Allison Cross Country Ski Area in the Crowsnest Pass and is family friendly. Hot chocolate and snacks will be provided. Meet at the warming hut in the parking lot. It's Free!

Registration: 10:00 AM – 1⁄2 hour before scheduled start time

Distances: 1.5 km, 9 km, 18 km & Children's Sprint

Start times:

10:00 AM Registration

10:30 AM 1.5 km (kids 12 & under)

11:30 AM 9 km & 18 km

Children's fun sprints and soccer

Technique: Classic - mass start - self timed

Driving Directions

Take Highway 3 to the Allison Creek Road. Turn north on the Allison Creek road and proceed 2.7 km until you cross a cattle guard. Take the left fork immediately after the cattle guard and continue 1.3 km to the parking area.

From Coleman: 2.8 km west of where the speed limit rises to 100 km/hr.

From BC: 6.3 km east of the roadside turnout on Crowsnest Lake.
